Ideal starting point from Wine Experience, an emotional, interactive, educational and cognitive path, the first of its kind in Italy, a thousand square meters, easy language,
The story begins with a movie, the screenplay edited by the Sicilian writer Davide Enia, projected on a large screen in which Ulysses, as a guide, introduces the visitor to the world of wine. We continue from room to room to discover the territories and vines told by the oenologists of the four regions in which the holding operates. In the room of methodologies we talk about winemaking and a virtual vat allows adults and children to play with the pressing phase until filling a stylized bottle.
The MdView room, acronym for Mondodelvino Vineyard Industrial Ecology Wine, summarizes their entire philosophy made up of values, quality and sustainability. In the room dedicated to the senses, six copper funnels give the visitor the opportunity to go and recognize the primary, secondary and tertiary aromas of wine.
The itinerary ends with the section of wine / food combinations through an interactive dialogue between chef and sommelier. Guided by three chefs Elide Mollo, starred restaurant Il Centro di Priocca, Paolo Teverini of the starred restaurant of the same name in Bagno di Romagna, and Joseph Micieli of the Scjabica restaurant in Punta Secca, Sicily. You can continue the experience and become a winemaker for a day, thanks to an experiential workshop that sees the participants try their hand at recognizing and creating a wine.
